I assist clients with state and federal air quality permitting, compliance reporting, emissions quantification, and air dispersion modeling analyses. I have worked with companies in a variety of industries including petroleum refineries, petroleum storage and distribution facilities, natural gas compressor stations and plants, cement manufacturing, coal mining, pulp and paper mills, seafood processing facilities, semiconductor fabrication plant, truck manufacturing, nutrition supplement manufacture, and power companies. My work experience includes emissions data analysis, compliance reporting, air dispersion modeling, and state permitting for facilities in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Nevada, California, Texas, New Mexico, and Canada.

I am experienced in preparing comprehensive air permit applications including compiling emission inventories, performing emission calculations, conducting regulatory applicability studies, and conducting air dispersion modeling analyses. I have experience with TANKS4.0.9d, AERSCREEN, AERMOD, CALPUFF, and results/mapping analysis tools such as ArcGIS, Surfer, and BREEZE 3D Analyst.

I have an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington. And a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.
